LEAGUE CHAMPIONS
Merstham Ladies topped the table last season and were league champions!
Here is a summary of our league winning season!
Merstham vs Kingswood Aqua
All the team are still buzzing from our 2-0 win and league win yesterday against Kingswood Ladies It was a great game with counterattacks to keep us on our toes.
We had great goals from Alison and Mel, after so many shots on goal. Shout out to Sara too, our POM, for incredible attacking play.
It goes without saying, a massive thank you to Sarah for everything she has done for the club and our football family
Beecholme Belles Ladies vs Merstham
On Sunday, the ladies played Beecholme away. To say they threw everything at the match is an understatement- the most determined and inspired football was played in the mud and every lady should be so proud of themselves The match ended 2-2, with two goals from our awesome Alison. Shout out to Lou, our brave goalie for some incredible saves and to Vicky, who smashed the defending and was our POM Win, lose or draw, we are a football family and that was so evident yesterday Thank you for all the wonderful supporters, who are just as important in our family! We look forward to our last league match of the season against Kingswood soon
Merstham vs Kingswood Blues
The ladies faced Kingswood Blue today and showed amazing determination the whole way through, having great possession and many shots on goal. We unfortunately had our first loss of the league season but can be proud of our never giving up mindset throughout the whole match. Huge congratulations to Lisa T, our POM, who smashed her debut league game and was so strong in the middle We are still top of the league and take on Beecholme next Sunday on The Rec.

Cranleigh Women Whites vs Merstham
Winners! The streak continues An incredibly gutsy performance today vs Cranleigh ended with a 1-0 win for the ladies Strong play from all ladies, putting the pressure on and giving it their all until the final whistle. Hats off to Tara, our POM Winning all of her balls and being a defensive star
Cranleigh Women Blues vs Merstham
League game today away to Cranleigh Blues. They were sat top of the league, the pitch was tough, weather couldn’t decide what it was doing….but we turned up and got the job done!! 2 goals from Hayley, 1 for Mills and a banger of a pen from Chrissy…score ended 4-2 to the ladies. POM went to Connie who put in an outstanding shift..so well deserved! We now sit joint top on goal difference.
Merstham vs Bourne Blades Whites
Great game against Bourne Blades Whites! The game ended 2-0 to Merstham Ladies but the opposition were great and the game was played in a great spirit.
Such a great feeling to get the league fixtures started and secure a win for the boss Sarah on her birthday
Merstham vs Reigate Women FC
Another almighty win for Merstham playing at home against Reigate. The ladies got a 5-1 win and are now…. Top of the league! Huge shout out to Ali, our goal scorer extraordinaire, who secured a hat-rick today and was our player of the match. Massive thanks also to everyone who came down and supported us! The game also could not have been played if it wasn’t for Sarah who tirelessly found us somewhere to play after all the rain. Thank you Sarah! Here’s to the next few weeks of football
